This web site is about the US Department of Agriculture's Food Guide Pyramid. Families can learn about the pyramid and personalize it specifically for them. Included on this site are:

-an interactive site for 6-11 year olds

Nettrekker is great for researching information topics of all kinds. The beauty of this site is that the articles, web pages, etc. are linked to pages appropriate for school children. Each item also has a reading level attached to it, so you can chose articles written at your child's reading level. In addition to articles and web pages, this site also includes links to practice activities that go along with many of the topics as well.

This web site includes a huge selection of articles and videos demonstrating how to complete specific tasks on the computer. For example, if you would like to learn how to print labels with addresses on them, this site is just what you need. Check it out and learn a new skill.
